In total, I had 3 days to finish this project for my client. In our initial meeting my client only had a vague idea in mind an no content to provide. She knew she wanted a one pager (front & back). When I began designing I decided to use the colours of the columbian flag and treat the front page as a title page that included minimal information and more visuals to draw in the potential buyers.

The front page included the offer, location and my clients name and contact information. The back page encountered more difficulty as my client had provided more information than I had anticipated. As a result, I had to sacrifice blank space and replace it with colour blocking that I had done on the front page to create a divide for the different sections of information.
